Customer Support Representative
American HealthNet (AHN), a leading provider of computer software for the medical industry, has openings for dynamic, motivated Customer Support Representatives. These individuals provide training and support to computer users, help implement and test software applications, and manage and resolve user questions and requests.
Job Description:
- Assist customers via phone, email, internet, remote computer control, and in person
- Promptly answer customer support calls with courtesy and attention
- Solve customer problems and answer questions thoroughly
- Take ownership of the reported customer problem until it is resolved
- Proactively communicate software tips and technical assistance
- Provide training to end users
- May require being on-call on off-hours or weekends
- Document issues in the appropriate computer tool
- Insure that the customer understands what services will be billed
- Accurately enter time entries
- Identify consulting new sales opportunities
- Promote AHN software and services to the customer
Requirements:
- Excellent technology skills using MS Windows 95/Vista, Office, and Internet Explorer
- Two years experience with billing and accounting software
- Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed work documentation, work independently and maintain the flexibility to adjust to multiple projects and priorities.
- Hospital experience will be beneficial
- Pleasant and helpful demeanor
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
Hardware Support
American HealthNet, Inc, a leading developer of software for the medical industry, has openings for individuals who can assist our clients with trouble shooting hardware and network issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Computer support to our clients via telephone and the internet
- Setup and maintain servers, PCs, printers and other computer devices
- Train customers on use of our software and servers
- Assist in the implementation of our software at customer sites
Qualifications:
- Experience with MS Windows 2000/2003 Server, ADS
- MS SQL Server 2000/2005
- Networking, LAN, VPN, WIFI
- MS Exchange, MS Sharepoint
- SCO UNIX, AIX UNIX
- Telephony, PBX
- Good verbal and written skills
- Ability to work independently in solving customer queries
- Knowledge of Hospital business office or clinical procedures helpful
- Willingness to travel

Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for finding and developing leads, managing the sales process, and moving them successfully through the sales cycle. Base salary and commissions are attractive.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via customer referrals, mailings, and phone calls
- Nurture prospective customers
- Nurture relationships with referral sources and influencers
- Document information about prospective customers via computer tools
- Responsible for all components of a complex selling process
- Develop relationships at all decision making levels
- Must be comfortable working with the C suite executives
- Must be confident in working capital accounts
- Arrange and conduct presentations
- Coordinate product demonstrations and site visits
- Document customer information, special needs, promises made
- Negotiate price and terms of the sales contract
- Ability to close the sale
Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrated history (3+ years) of consistent sales of healthcare information systems or related products within the medical community
- Experienced in selling large value contracts over $1 million
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Knowledge of information technologies and their benefits for prospective clients
- Strategic and creative thinker
- Ability to progress through negotiations and contract close
- Organized, resourceful manager of time and resources
- Eager to travel as necessary for success
