AHN Training
Top notch customer support is foundational to every successful software business. Anchoring AHN’s quick response customer support program is a highly qualified support staff, many with health care financial and clinical experience and some located out in the field near customer groups. Equally important is an outstanding customer training program and this is where AHN has made a major investment in recent years. Utilizing all the latest technology tools – Webinars, well equipped classrooms, Video CD ROM self-paced training manuals - we make sure that users of our software are certified and proficient in the use of the applications on which they have trained. This allows our support staff to be available within minutes of your call for the more complex support questions.
Internet Training
AHN Internet training is available to all users on an AHN Software Support Agreement at no cost. Training will cover the general uses for each application and will be geared toward end users and super users.
Each facility will connect to AHN through the Internet using GoToMeeting. Those registered will receive an email invitation and meeting ID. A small Internet download will occur after clicking the link for the meeting.
