Overview
The Home Health application features remote charting with ability to update the main database from Laptops using a dial-up, Wireless or Internet connection . The system generates and transmits the OASIS report and supports HCFA 485, 486 and 487 forms as well as UB92 and HCFA-1500.Orders, treatment planning, medication administration and transcription may be documented in the home then uploaded to the electronic management, renewal of licenses and tracking of CEUs.
- Clinical Documentation – Home Health module uses patient data from Clinical documentation.
- Billing – Home Health billing uses Clarus billing and can be interfaced to other billing software.
Features
- Home Health Patient episodes are initiated in the Patient Registration.
- Visits may be recorded on a laptop computer and later uploaded to the patient episodes in the system.
- OASIS may be downloaded from the facility's information system to a laptop, then completed at the patient's home and later uploaded to the system by phone or Internet connection.
- Users with administration rights may be purge an OASIS assessment.
- Most reports are filterable by Date Range, Current, Discharged, Admitting Source, Diagnosis Code, Physician, Nurse, Financial Class, County, etc.
