Overview

Clarus^® EMR provides an integrated electronic patient medical records application that is seamlessly integrated with the other Clarus applications. Medical Records contains the encoder, transcription, credentialing and a mechanism for chart tracking.

Medical Records interacts directly with Patient Registration, Clinical Documentation, Laboratory Information System, Radiology Information Systems, Billing and Insurance Processing.

Features

• Physicians have secure real-time access to all patient care, treatment records and medical history.
• The complete history of the patient along with his diagnosis, orders, procedures, prescription, lab results and other data for the patient chart are maintained online.
• Prescriptions can be electronically ordered from the Pharmacy applications.
• Users of the lab, radiology and pharmacy can view the request from their respective locations and provide services to the patients.
• Reimbursement Analysis can be done by Diagnosis/DRG and APC.
• Clarus^® Medical Records allows interface to some of the well known encoders like IRP, 3M and HSS.
