Overview
Clarus® Payroll is a system aimed at addressing the needs of the Back office operations in hospitals. Payroll helps to make personnel management more effective through the optimal use of employee data, control of employee related costs, and improvement of employee productivity. It is Integrated with Accounts Receivable, Time and Attendance, User Administration, Human resources any third party time and attendance module.
- General Ledger – Payroll's interaction with General Ledger is defined by the System parameters, where the General Ledger Company, General Ledger Account number are defined.
- Third party time – Payroll can use integrated time and attendance or interface to numerous third party time and attendance systems.
- Accounts receivables –The deductions are set up for a default GL account from which the Payable are deducted.

- The system can be used with the Clarus Time and Attendance system as well as accepting manually entered hours.
- Earned time off tracking and Section 125K balance reporting provides balances on pay stubs, on reports and on-line.
- Employer contribution benefits are also tracked and can be reported by employee to show the actual cost of their services.
- Payroll provides a multitude of reports for hours and wages, deductions and pay history.
- Manual or Voided checks can be processed.
- Supports Accruals and reversal of the same as defined by the user.
