Overview
Clarus® Scheduling provides an intelligent scheduling system with ability to handle simple appointments to very complex procedures. Appointments can be scheduled from electronic preference cards, which define everything that needs to be scheduled fro a procedure (including preps, staff and scrub hints). An MPI record can be created in this module for first-time visitors to your facility. Scheduling is integrated with Material Management to prevent supply shortages during procedures.

- Using procedure preference cards every aspect of a procedure can be efficiently scheduled to ensure optimum use of staff time.
- Eliminates supply shortages during procedures with integration to the Clarus Materials Management component.
- Can also set up multiple appointments for the patient
- Staffs can track each patient appointment status so the patient can move through their appointments more quickly. This feature also lets the staff know how long a patient has been waiting.
- Advanced beneficiary notices (ABNs) can be generated when a procedure or test for a patient is not covered. This provides an opportunity for the patient to decline the procedure/test and order different test that will be covered.
