Overview

This application is integrated with payroll to provide an automated payroll solution right from the time clock through printing employee checks or sending direct deposits. Time and Attendance module can make changes to employee time entries, keep track of incorrect time entries and assign wage codes to employees. Once time entries are complete, they are sent to the Payroll module.

• Payroll – Pulls the valid employee records to create an employee profile, which is necessary for time entry.

• Employees have the option of clocking in either on their PCs or through a time clock.
• Departmental supervisors can electronically sign-off on their employee's time on-line.
• Time entries are stored and histories can be reviewed at any point in time.
• Automatically deducts facility-defined meal breaks and set up overtime rules.
• Allow employees the ability to view their employee information including bank hour balance and past check detail.
• Allows pay code rules, such as shift differential and holiday, to be established at the employee level.
