Overview

The Clarus® user administration is designed to provide the healthcare institution with the appropriate tools and features, for enhanced care delivery. User administration is heart of the Clarus suite of products.

  • Patient Registration – The master files that are set up in the User Administration like Departments are used in Patient Registration.
  • Billing – Billing ensures that the patients are billed for the various services they are rendered like the type of room, the kind of bed etc.

Features

  • User Administration creates master files like Departments, People, Country, States, Counties. Etc.
  • User Administration creates roles like Administrator, chief doctor and access can be set and roles can be assigned to the administrator.
  • Companies, setting calendars, deciding the accounting formats for the company etc. can be created by the User administration.
  • A new User can be created by selecting an entity from the People records and assigning Login name, Password, User Type and a Default company with which he is associated.
  • The Applications feature enable the switching over to another application.
  • The Multi user locking mode can be set to optimistic or pessimistic.
